Cancellation Policy​

 

It is understandable that sometimes an appointment needs to be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment time will not be charged.  You are allowed up to two cancellations of this nature in the course of therapy.  Please give as much notice as possible so that I can offer the time to other clients.  Repeated cancellations will not be tolerated without genuine reasons.

Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours but with more than 24 hours notice before appointment time, will be charged at 50%.

 

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice before appointment time will be charged in full.

 

Appointments that are unattended and without contact, will be charged in full.
